One seed. Every cell.

Q-FLOW is a talc and graphite blend that keeps seed moving freely through vacuum and mechanical planters, so the meter picks up one seed at a time and lets it go cleanly.

What friction costs you at planting

Loose maize seed in bulk

In the hopper

Bridging

Seed packs together and stops feeding down to the meter. Rows run short before anyone notices.

Talc keeps seed loose, so it keeps feeding.

At the meter

Skips and doubles

A cell that picks up nothing leaves a gap. A cell that picks up two crowds the row. Both cost yield.

Seed slides into each cell one at a time.

Sticky treatments

Treated and coated seed drags and clumps, especially in humid conditions and on long days.

Talc absorbs moisture, so treated seed stays free.

Static and wear

Static holds seed against plates and tubes, and dry friction wears meter parts faster.

Graphite cuts static and friction on moving parts.

Flagship

Q-FLOW seed lubricant

A dry blend of talc and graphite that coats seed in a fine, slick layer. Talc absorbs moisture and keeps seed loose. Graphite reduces friction and static, so seed slides through the hopper, onto the plate and down the tube.

  • Improves seed flow
  • Reduces friction & wear
  • Works on all planters

How to use Q-FLOW

3 scoops per 25 kg of seed

Add Q-FLOW straight into the hopper with every fill. It takes a minute, and every seed gets a light, even coat before it reaches the meter.

Industrial lubrication

Dry graphite for the workshop, plant and factory

Oil and grease attract dust, grit and chaff, then turn into a grinding paste. Dry graphite lubricates without leaving a wet film, so moving parts stay clean in dusty, dirty or hot conditions.

  • No oil or grease to collect dust and dirt
  • Keeps working where grease thins out or burns off in the heat
  • No drips or runs on products, floors or machinery

Locks and mechanisms

Padlocks, cylinders, latches and hinges that stick or seize.

Chains and sprockets

Conveyor and drive chains running in dust, where grease builds up.

Sliding and turning parts

Bushings, guides, slides and threads that need a clean, dry film.

Heat and dust

Hot or dusty plant areas where oil-based lubricants break down.

About ADLER

A South African company built around one job: making seed flow

ADLER develops and supplies dry lubricants for agriculture and industry. We started in 2025 in Meyerton with Q-FLOW, a seed lubricant made in South Africa for the planters local farmers run every season, and dry graphite powder for industrial lubrication.

Today we supply farmers across most of the Eastern Free State and Mpumalanga. We keep the range focused: every product we sell has to make planting more accurate and machinery last longer. We deliver to farms, co-ops, dealers and businesses across the country.
